- Refund is only possible in the cases of plagiarised work, lack of requirements fulfillment, and delay. We will provide compensation to students either by rewriting the work and making all the corrections or by providing one additional free essay assignment to him/her.
- A complete refund will not be initiated in case the student cancels the order. There are certain amounts we will deduct on the cancellation of the order from the student’s side.
- If a student cancels the order when an expert is not assigned to the work. The company will deduct 25 percent of the total cost of the assignment.
- In case the essay has been started by the expert, and the student decides to cancel the order. Then expert has a complete right to charge the cost equivalent of the work completed. Along with that 25 percent will be deducted from the total amount. Student can take the completed work if he/she does not want any deduction from expert’s side.
- We always keep a writer ready for the work. However, due to any issue, we fail to provide you with a writer or writer cancels the order. We arrange a new writer for a student or provide free essay help for the second order.
- In case a student finds any discrepancy in the order delivered. A student is required to submit the initial requirement form and highlight the mistakes he/she finds in the assignment within 7 days after the delivery of the assignment. After 7 days order will be assumed as correct and as per the demand of the student.
- Any amendment after the period of 7 days will be chargeable. A student has to provide a sum of money as per the changes required. Revision is completely based on the writer’s availability.
